These terms and conditions apply in full to Organize Your World, Inc. It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. The Client's request of services from Organize Your World, Inc. constitutes their acceptance of Organize Your World, Inc.'s Terms & Conditions.

Services

All concierge services are based on a flat hourly rate. We service areas within a 15 mile radius from Rochester, Michigan - primarily Rochester, Rochester, Hills, Oakland Township, Troy, Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Auburn Hills, Waterford, Lake Orion, Sterling Heights, and Shelby Township. For areas outside of this radius, each additional mile will be charged at the current IRS rate.

There is a minimum of one hour charged for all concierge and errand services. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Organize Your World, Inc. requests a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, but we understand that emergencies come up. Give us a call and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Services requested with less than 24 hours notice, on and/or during holidays, on weekends or outside of normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am-5pm) are subject to availability and will incur an additional $25 charge.

Organize Your World, Inc. is not responsible for products and/or vendors not available at the requested time of service. If the task involves Organize Your World, Inc. picking up an item(s) from a third party vendor, then it is the Client's responsibility to prepay or ensure third party acceptance of payment from

Organize Your World, Inc. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the goods and/or services will be ready and available for Organize Your World, Inc. at the scheduled date and time of the requested service(s). Rescheduling the service for when the products and/or services are available will be considered a new service with the same minimum one hour requirement.

If specialty services are required, additional fees may apply.

Organize Your World, Inc. is fully insured for your safety and ours.

Organize Your World, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as payment. Checks should be made out to Organize Your World. All clients are required to have a credit card on file. If client is not present for service, credit card will be charged.

Hourly rate does not include the cost of products or services requested by the Client. Expenses incurred by Organize Your World, Inc. will be the responsibility of the Client. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to the following: charges from vendors, mileage (after 15 miles), parking, and processing fees.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. The credit card on file may be used for returned check fees.

Scope of Tasks

Occasionally a task is requested that is outside of our scope of services. If we are able to easily determine this, then we will let the Client know immediately and if possible, provide a referral to someone who can help the Client. In this case, the Client will not be charged. Sometimes it takes time to research and start working on a task before we are able to determine that we cannot complete it. In this situation, the Client will be charged for the work that was completed and if possible, provided a referral to someone who can help see the task through to completion.
Organize Your World, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any service that we consider dangerous, illegal, or unethical.

Access to Client's Property

Client must provide access to home or business where service is to be provided. If Organize Your World, Inc. cannot gain access or the Client is not available to accept delivery, a fee of one service hour will be charged. If repeat delivery attempts are necessary, each will be charged as a separate errand, and the one hour minimum will apply. If additional fees are incurred (e.g. return product to a third party), those will also be the responsibility of the Client.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the service of a client at any time for any reason.

Privacy

Organize Your World, Inc. respects your privacy. We are committed to providing you complete confidentiality. We will not sell or exchange your information. All information provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, credit card information, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, will be gathered for the sole purpose of providing concierge services and billing the Client for services rendered.
